Tampa, FL – This year The Special Event Conference will be held at the Tampa Convention Center January 24- 27, 2012. We are honored to be this years offical cinematographers for the opening celebration – TSE Starts Here at the Ritz Ybor – and the 26th Annual Gala Awards Show at Cotanchobee Fort Brook Park.

The TSE Starts Here is chaired by Shannon Wilson and Heather Allen from Table 6 Productions.

The TSE Gala Awards is chaired by Mark Wells from Hello Florida. This night is showcasing the Best of the Best in the Special Event World.

We had the honor of covering a once in a life time event at the Puff ‘n Stuff Commissary over the summer. The sensation meal include Yin Yang Crudo of Hamachi & Salmon with Nuoc Cham sauce, shiso & hackleback caviar , Study in Heirlooms garden wedge with heirloom tomato, sun gold, snow white and sugar snack baby heirlooms, virtual egg, Australian Murray River flake salt, micro basil, Piccardo & Savore unfiltered e.v.o.o. & B. R. Cohn 12 year white balsamic dressing with basil foam, Pulugra Butter Poached Halibut atop Low-Carb-o-nara diver scallop stuffed zucchini blossom with fava bean puree, served with saffron infused whipped potato and topped with a potato wafter & fried arugul and The Cake Maker’s Mark bourbon soaked genoise cake in a chocolate walnut brown sugar crust & drizzled with Kentucky bourbon caramel sauce.

4th Annual “Vine to Wine” Tasting and Silent Auction! The Trey Curry Foundation and Premier Beverage hosted the 4th Annual “Vine to Wine” Tasting and Silent Auction at The Regent in Brandon, Florida. All the proceeds benefitted A Kids Place, a community initiative of Kids Charity of Tampa Bay, Inc. If you missed the live cooking demonstration with Chef Dave of the Rolling Pin Cooking Emporium, the crafts of wine from Premier Beverage, longnecks from World of Beers, great music and a good atmosphere- you must not miss this event next year.

Hot off the Press: The Little Cuban Mermaid! This movie poster was placed at the front entrance to prepare the guest for an evening of excitement under the sea. To start the evening off Miss Emily Lauren Diaz accompanied by her Quince Court performed a 20 minute choreographed dance, followed by a father daughter dance that will make you tear.
